Responsibilities

- Present actionable insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future trends into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through published research, conference presentations, and industry whitepapers
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
