Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 AI Ecosystem, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise use cases.
- Mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize neural network inference for low-latency environments, ensuring real-time performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into actionable technical strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Semantic Search to drive product evolution.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying and scaling LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
