Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Drive ethical AI standards, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in model outputs.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and large-scale neural networks in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
