Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core AI models for the 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
