Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging technologies and implement them within our production environment.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, ensuring high availability.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-scale data architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven approaches.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
