Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Lead the development of proprietary algorithms and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to integrate breakthrough technologies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship for junior developers.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
