Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Lead the technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers.
- Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, integrating the latest advancements into our production stack.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
