Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI models, ensuring high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance in production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to implement state-of-the-art algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of ML models into production environments using advanced CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to optimize data pipelines and feature engineering processes for maximum efficiency.
- Strategic Vision: Contribute to the long-term roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting the technological milestones of 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and AI engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
