Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for tomorrow. Nexus 2026 Technologies is at the bleeding edge of the AI revolution, dedicated to ensuring that advanced Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) remains aligned with human values. We are looking for a Senior AI Alignment Engineer to architect the safety frameworks that will govern the next decade of technological evolution.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical safety research and practical deployment. You will work directly with top-tier researchers to develop countermeasures for AI adversarial behaviors, ensuring our systems are robust, transparent, and beneficial.
Why Join Us?
At Nexus 2026, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it. You will receive a competitive salary, equity packages, and the opportunity to work on problems that define the trajectory of humanity.

- Conduct adversarial testing and red-teaming exercises to identify potential failure modes in AI systems.
- Develop mathematical frameworks for quantifying AI alignment and safety metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of ethicists, physicists, and software engineers.
- Research and prototype novel reinforcement learning techniques for value alignment.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for safety protocols and best practices.
- Present findings to stakeholders and lead technical workshops on AI risk management.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
