Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, self-improving AGI frameworks capable of zero-shot learning and cross-domain reasoning.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, quantum computing specialists, and cognitive psychologists.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product suite, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Implement and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with global partners to integrate AGI solutions into enterprise and consumer hardware.
- Conduct rigorous research on emergent behaviors in deep learning models and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI research or architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust with proven experience deploying models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and edge computing protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
