Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for NLP and LLM applications.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, contributing to internal innovation labs.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
