Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the '2026' technology ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the future technology stack.
- Conduct deep-dive research into next-gen technologies (e.g., quantum-ready computing, advanced neural networks) to drive innovation.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to the '2026' platform, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.

- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data pipeline management.
