- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key technology partners to secure early access to breakthrough innovations arriving in 2026.
- Optimize Resource Allocation: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast market shifts and adjust operational budgets and teams dynamically.
- Mentor Future Leaders: Build a high-performance culture focused on agility, innovation, and long-term horizon thinking.
Qualifications
- Strategic Visionary: 10+ years of experience in C-suite or Senior Strategy roles, with a proven track record of long-term forecasting and execution.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and autonomous systems; experience implementing these in enterprise environments.
- Change Management: Exceptional ability to lead organizational change and manage resistance during major digital transformations.
- Analytical Mindset: Expertise in data-driven decision-making and advanced strategic planning methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical certification is highly preferred.
