Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend tailored products and services.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute store strategies and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be able to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
