Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients in a fast-paced setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs using advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide education to patients and families on cardiac health management
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
