Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greet and screen visitors with professional demeanor and security protocols
- Coordinate office calendar, meeting scheduling, and conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with tracking
- Maintain organized reception area with professional ambiance and supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new employees and processing paperwork
- Collaborate with department heads on special projects and event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish a plus)
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
