We're seeking a trailblazer to lead our cross-disciplinary team in developing neural-responsive interfaces, haptic feedback systems, and predictive user models. You'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists and neuroscientists to redefine accessibility standards and create intuitive experiences that anticipate human needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
- Architect neural-responsive UX frameworks using biometric and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive user behavior models
- Design and conduct subconscious cognition studies using fMRI and eye-tracking technologies
- Develop haptic feedback protocols for immersive multi-sensory interfaces
- Create accessibility blueprints for neurodiverse user populations
- Establish ethical guidelines for neural data collection and interface privacy
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years leading UX research teams with quantum computing or neurotech exposure
- Expertise in biometric data analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Published research on subconscious cognition and digital interaction
- Proficiency in fMRI/EEG data interpretation and neural network training
- Experience with haptic feedback systems and multi-sensory design
- Certification in neuroethics and data privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
