Responsibilities

- Establish neuro-diversity inclusive design standards for 2026 technology landscapes
- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize user cognition-AI feedback loops
- Present research findings to C-suite and industry futurist forums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science/Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in advanced UX research with neural interface or quantum computing exposure
- Proficiency in quantum UX tools (QubitMapper, NeuralPath Designer)
- Published work on human-AI symbiosis or ethical AI design
