Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of quantum algorithms solving optimization, cryptography, and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and AI integration
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, algorithm design, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record developing scalable quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
