Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms solving complex optimization problems for AI and logistics
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise clients
- Lead research on quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Develop proprietary quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough findings at international conferences and publish in Nature/Science
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles and applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and algorithm design
- Proven experience with quantum hardware integration and error mitigation
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
