Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
