Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics

- Mentor junior researchers in quantum mechanics and programming best practices
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Secure research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private innovation funds
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
- Strong background in linear algebra, statistical mechanics, and information theory
- Proven ability to secure $500K+ in research funding
