Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Ability to secure DoD or DOE quantum research clearance preferred
