Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental quantum hardware testing and error mitigation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at IEEE/ACM conferences
- Develop patentable quantum encryption methodologies for 2026 security standards
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum curriculum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum computing
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability, and complex systems modeling
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU clusters)
