Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic key exchange protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for large-scale data analysis
- Lead cross-functional research teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Collaborate with government agencies on NIST quantum standardization initiatives
- Present findings at international conferences including Q2B and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum information theory or cryptography
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
