Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to mitigate quantum decoherence
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum machine learning models
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $2M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum theory fundamentals
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement principles
- Track record of securing research funding
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
