Responsibilities

- Secure and manage federal/state research grants for quantum innovation

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure government research funding (NSF/DOE)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for commercializing quantum tech
