As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global thought leaders to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps. You'll leverage cutting-edge data analytics, scenario planning methodologies, and cross-disciplinary research to anticipate disruptive technologies, market evolutions, and consumer behavior shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and societal trends reshaping 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to paradigm shifts
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive market analysis and risk assessments
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops for C-suite executives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology ethics
