Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for financial modeling and drug discovery

- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum computers
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge theoretical models with physical quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with 20+ qubit systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in quantum information science or top-tier ML conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows
