Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and post-silicon computing architectures
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems with 2026 deployment horizons
- Architect blockchain-based supply chain solutions for circular economy models
- Design neural interfaces for human-computer symbiosis applications
- Drive sustainability tech integration across IoT and smart city infrastructures
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied R&D with published work in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling prototypes to enterprise-level deployments
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
