Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum hardware systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to improve qubit stability and scalability
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theory into practical applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving and mathematical modeling skills
