Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims
- Develop error mitigation protocols for NISQ-era systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
- Collaborate with industry partners on quantum-cloud integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
