Responsibilities

- Lead error mitigation strategies for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML frameworks for real-world applications

- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or trapped-ion systems
- Publication record in quantum information theory or condensed matter physics
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
