Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures

- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Author high-impact publications and secure intellectual property protections
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum computing field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Expertise in at least one classical high-performance computing paradigm
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, or photonics)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex multi-variable problems
