Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral research
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization

- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
