Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to overcome quantum decoherence and error correction challenges
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI and materials science departments
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for industry-specific problem-solving

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error mitigation techniques
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Proficiency in Python and high-performance computing environments
