Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum error correction techniques to achieve fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures and gate operations
- Publish high-impact research in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Secure and manage research grants from government agencies and private foundations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (Quil, Q# Simulator, IBM Quantum Experience)
