Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead quantum hardware integration experiments with superconducting qubit arrays
- Develop quantum error correction codes for fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
