Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction protocols to advance quantum decoherence mitigation

- Publish high-impact research in top-tier scientific journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures and constraints
