- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 3 first-author papers)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubit architectures
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems and RF control engineering
