Responsibilities
- Lead research in quantum algorithm development for NISQ-era devices
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Publication record in quantum information science or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to work with quantum hardware platforms
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallelization
