Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government/private entities
- Supervise PhD-level researchers and quantum engineering interns
- Translate quantum solutions into commercial IP portfolios
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong track record of securing research funding
- Experience mentoring research scientists in quantum domains
