Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to hybridize classical-quantum workflows

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and HPC optimization
- Security clearance eligibility (for government-funded projects)
