Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects with superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve quantum error correction
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at international conferences
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers and secure government/industry grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq)
