Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes at cryogenic temperatures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
