Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with NISQ-era hardware constraints and mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated success translating theoretical models to experimental prototypes
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
