Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Simulate quantum dynamics using hybrid classical-quantum frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Secure $2M+ in NSF/DARPA grants for 2026 initiatives
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summit
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough quantum algorithms annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-AI integration projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum circuit design experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane)
- Demonstrated success in securing government research funding
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor interfaces
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
