Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research in error correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies and architectures
- Collaborate with government agencies and Fortune 500 partners on quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware interfaces
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
