Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop error correction protocols for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stabilization techniques

- Secure federal and private quantum research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2018+)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published work in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap qubits
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
