Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead error correction research to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm development
